Besides the flavor, texture and ample serving, what really sets our Lava Cake apart from other cakes is, ours is baked to order in our oven not a microwave. It takes 18 to 20 minutes to bake this chocolate delight. Our chefs use the finest Belgium and French chocolates, flour, eggs, sugar and vanilla to create a rich chocolate cake that contains the molten chocolate within. As a Set Menu item, we top our Lava Cake with a scoop of Premium vanilla ice cream and offer two coffee or tea.
